Why was her husband recorded as "Thomas .."? Mistake?

In 1863 at the time of her marriage she was a Servant living in Plaistow. 2

In 1891 she was a widow working as a Sick Nurse and living at 48 Hermit Rd, Plaistow, West Ham with son Charles, 21, General Labourer and son George, 19, Sugar Baker. She is listed as 51 ywears old and her birthplace appears as Middlesex.

She resided in 1911 in 1 Biggerstaff Road, West Ham. 13
